Two Decades of Precision Manufacturing
Ka Kalıp Kauçuk was established in the early 2000s in the Nilüfer Organised Industrial Zone in Bursa — one of Turkey's primary manufacturing hubs and home to major automotive and industrial producers. From day one, our focus has been singular: manufacture rubber components that meet the customer's dimensional and functional requirements exactly, every batch, without exception.
As we deepened our integration into automotive supply chains, we formalised that commitment through structured quality management. Achieving IATF 16949 certification marked a turning point — it positioned us as a qualified direct supplier to Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive manufacturers and opened the door to export partnerships across Europe. Today our customers include OEM suppliers in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Czech Republic and beyond.
Our current facility houses all three principal molding technologies — compression, transfer and injection — together with in-house mold design, CNC tooling and a testing laboratory. This vertical integration keeps tooling lead times short, quality decisions in-house, and communication between your engineering team and ours direct and efficient.

Machine Park & Production Capacity
All three principal rubber molding technologies are available in-house. Our press tonnage range and multi-cavity tooling capability allow us to run prototype quantities alongside high-volume series orders.
Press Technologies
Compression, transfer and injection molding presses. The appropriate process is selected based on part geometry, compound and volume requirements.
Tonnage Range
Press capacity from 50 to 500 tonnes covers the full spectrum from small precision components to large industrial profiles and mounts.
Multi-Cavity Tooling
Multi-cavity mold configurations increase parts-per-cycle for high-volume programs, reducing unit cost and supporting shorter delivery schedules.
Monthly Capacity
Three-shift operation capability supports multi-million-part monthly volumes. Series production commitments are tracked and met without exception.
